Payment Policy

Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition payments for the Network Architecture & Cyber Defense Academy (NACDA) are required to secure enrollment in any training program. Students may choose from the available payment options during the enrollment process.

All tuition payments must be completed according to the selected payment schedule.

Enrollment Deposit

A non-refundable enrollment deposit is required to reserve a seat in a NACDA training cohort.

The deposit amount is applied toward the total program tuition.

Enrollment deposits are non-refundable because they secure a limited seat in the program and begin the onboarding process.

Tuition Payment Options

Students may complete tuition through one of the following options:

Option 1 — Pay Remaining Balance in Full

Students may pay the remaining tuition balance after submitting the enrollment deposit.

Option 2 — Monthly Payment Plan

Students selecting a payment plan agree to make scheduled monthly payments until the full program tuition has been satisfied.

Payment Schedule

Students enrolled in a payment plan agree to submit all monthly payments on time according to the schedule established at the time of enrollment.

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of access to training sessions until payments are brought current.

Refund Policy

Due to the limited seating and structured nature of NACDA training programs, tuition payments are generally non-refundable once the program has begun.

If a student withdraws before the program start date, refund eligibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Enrollment deposits are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Students are expected to contact NACDA directly to resolve any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension from the program and additional administrative review.

Program Cancellation or Schedule Changes

NACDA reserves the right to adjust program start dates or scheduling if necessary to ensure program quality or accommodate enrollment levels.

If NACDA cancels a program before it begins, students will be notified and provided with available options.
